By creating an account, building an invitation, or completing payment on nyvely, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
nyvely is a self-serve platform for creating and publishing bilingual mobile wedding invitations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you enter and for how you share your invitation link.
Digital Product & Payment
Publishing an invitation is a one-time digital purchase. Access is delivered immediately when payment succeeds. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed solely by the Refund Policy.
Your Content
You retain rights to the text and photos you upload. You grant nyvely a license to store and display them so we can operate your invitation page. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
